Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.



Q: Can I customize one of your designs?
A: Since we draw all of our designs it is possible to add family names, characters etc. to any design.  Contact us at  info@kettleriverironworks for more information.



Q: Can my sign be used outdoors?
A: Most of our pieces are created to be used indoors or outdoors.  They are finished with a durable urethane enamel and two applications of clear-coat, just like your car is painted.  The exception would be pieces that have been finished with clear over bare steel and pieces that consist of two or more components.  An example of those would be our Float Plane design, buffalo nickel and any of our free standing sculptures.
