Kettle River Ironworks offers the following Returns Policy: Within 10 days if you are not happy with the product you purchased, email us for a return authorization and we will refund your purchase price. This does not include shipping cost. If the product is defective, return it in the original packaging we will replace it if it is determined that there is a problem with workmanship or material .
